Dr. Robert J. Segal

Stanford-trained and service-oriented, The Dermatology Center's physician, Dr. Robert Jay Segal, brings a new standard in personal care and award winning expertise to the community.
Dr. Segal has spent the last eight years of his 23-year career caring for patients in Las Cruces. Dr. Segal serves as a staff dermatologist and skin surgeon for Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Segal received his bachelor's degree in 1971 from Cornell University and completed medical school in 1975 in Syracuse, New York. He trained in and later taught dermatology at Stanford University.
During his distinguished career, Dr. Segal has been licensed to practice in six states. He has participated as a member and officer in many medical and dermatological societies. He is the author of many journal articles. Physicians around the world use Dr. Segal’s portable Dermablade for skin surgery. Dr. Segal also has invented the Right Face trademark.
With a degree in trumpet performance and a love for all music, Dr. Segal enjoys tooting his own horn. This well-rounded dermatologist has performed in several bands and is a former member of the Musician’s Union. From jazz and brass to the symphony orchestra, Dr. Segal has brought his new sound to medicine in Las Cruces.

Deborah Persinger

Deb has been a nurse for 27 years and with the Dermatology Center the past eight years. She specializes in MD Forte, Glyderm, and Right Face product line. Her other specialties are in Phototherapy, Hair Removal, Diamond Tome and all facial peels. Deb received her laser certificate from Rocky Mountain Laser College.

Lanna Scott

Lanna has been a nurse for the past 20 years and with Dermatology Center for the past three years. She specializes in MD Forte, Glyderm and Right Face product line. Her specialties include Hair Removal, Diamond Tome and all facial peels. Lanna received her laser certificate from Rocky Mountain Laser College.

Ron Owens

Ron has been nurse for 32 years and with Dermatology Center the past three years. Ron specializes in the About Face product line. Ron can take care of all your facial peels, Diamond Tome and Excelle Derm needs. Ron received his laser certificate from Rocky Mountain Laser College.
